Bring Me the Lizard King

Hi there. The name's Ennish and I am a girl who is stuck in the limbo between having too much time on her hands and no free time at all. My primary interests include anime, music, and David Bowie. Expect to see the majority of my posts involve all of these...and whatever I'm interested in at the time. And maybe some of my own fanart.
-------
Before you ask, my favorite anime is Cowboy Bebop.
-------
I have a special fondness for Berlin Bowie, The Thin White Duke, and Scary Monsters-era Bowie. They will probably make up the majority of the Bowie pictures that I post.
-------
My blog icon is permanent and expresses everything pertaining to my interests. I also didn't make it.

Adam Ant - Goody Two Shoes

45andsingle:

Artist: Adam Ant
Track: Goody Two Shoes
Album: 45 rpm single
Year: 1982
Theme: Shoes

I coincidentally met him in L.A. around 1988. Nice guy, really doesn’t drink or smoke, was sitting alone having tea and reading a paperback. Gave me good advice about the music business. Little did he know how prophetic it turned out to be.

deadbeats-from-deadhearts:

Come closer and see
See into the trees
Find the girl
If you can
Come closer and see
See into the dark
Just follow your eyes
Just follow your eyes

I hear her voice
Calling my name
The sound is deep
In the dark
I hear her voice
And start to run
Into the trees
Into the trees

Into the trees

Suddenly I stop
But I know it’s too late
I’m lost in a forest
All alone
The girl was never there
It’s always the same
I’m running towards nothing
Again and again and again and again
